I won’t name names but if you… run an app host a conference own a business or manage clients…. …return emails quickly. Even if you don’t know the answer to the question asked, return the email with “I will have your answer shortly”. Its a simple gesture that makes the recipient feel wanted, loved and appreciated.
If you wanted it to build a product you’d find a way to get time to work on it. If you really wanted to start that new hobby you’d sacrifice something to find the time and money to do it.
