Excellent interview. I agree: it’s tough to say “no” to customers; especially in the early days. But when you first launch and only have a handful of users, it’s tough to separate good feedback (“listening to the market”) from needless feature requests (“feature creep”). I’d be interested in hearing how you guys did that in the early days. Did you honor more feature requests early? Or did you stick to your guns and say, “Sorry” just as much?
