Thanks for posting! By far one of my favorites from LessConf. My lunch is now planned for the day – mmmm, web apps and Qdoba.
It’s a great talk with a lot of valuable ideas for making user experience wonderful. However, it would have been nice if he hadn’t assumed his audience was a) male and b) heterosexual.
