Chax Released for Leopard
written by Steven on November 18, 2007
Chax has finally been released for Leopard. You can find it here. You will need the new version of SIMBL, which can be found here. If you have an older version of SIMBL installed you will have to uninstall it first by deleting the /Library/InputManagers/SIMBL.
The coolest thing in this release for me is that the auto-accept text feature is fixed. Without Chax, when you set iChat to auto-accept text, the chat window is always the front most window, very annoying. Chax fixes that. Other cool features include Growl support and the user icon flashes in the doc when you have a message waiting.
