written by Steven on August 21, 2007
This article talks about the new Quicken Online by Intuit. I think this is fantastic, and here's why:
- A lot of people are likely to use it.
- Most of those people will be unhappy with it.
- Some of those people will go looking for other alternatives.
- Some of those people will find Less Accounting.
- Most of those people will love Less Accounting.
Anyway you slice it, this will bring a lot of people into the online world of accounting applications. This can only be good for us and the others in this space.
I hope you'll join us for LessConf 2012, Feb 23-24, 2012 in Atlanta Ga.
We're releasing our first ebook titled "How we built our consultancy to over $1,000,000 a year in revenue." Get early access to the ebook.

So, something I’m really confused by is: how can you claim to be an online accounting application without a proper chart of accounts? Your chart of accounts appears to only contain expense accounts. Is that right, or am I looking in the wrong place? In particular, I’m looking for an income account. Thanks.
